We approach each order individually based on our customer requirements in terms of:

  • grating layout on platforms
  • cut-outs
  • accessories
  • fixing method

We design the distribution of gratings on platforms based on the Customer's technical documentation.
We provide technical assistance to help you select the most suitable type of platform gratings and stair treads.
Orders can be placed in the form of a summary list or workshop documentation.
Terms of payment and delivery are agreed individually.

Grating panels are fabricated in negative tolerances (from +0 to -4 mm). When designing, assume the distances between panels as equal to zero.

Grating type symbols:

  • KWO - pressure-locked galvanized grating
  • KW - pressure-locked non-galvanized (blank) grating
  • STO - pressure-locked galvanized stair tread
  • ST - pressure-locked non-galvanized (blank) stair tread
  • KOZ - welded galvanized grating
  • KZ - welded non-galvanized grating
  • SOZ - welded galvanized stair tread
  • SZ - welded non-galvanized stair tread

  • L - length of grating or of step - length of bearing bar
  • B - width of grating or of step - length of cross bar
  • 33x - mesh size X - spacing of bearing bar
  • x33 - mesh size Y - spacing of cross bar


Additional specifications:
  • each grating is fixed to the structure with 4 pcs. of handles - we invite you to familiarize yourself with the types of mounting brackets
  • ordering antislip version should add "gratings serrated" and define type of gratings serrated (KWO: S1, S2 lub S3; KOZ: S4)
  • ordering grating with cut-out should add "cut" and include a drawing with dimensions of cutouts
  • ordering grating with integrated perforated sheet should add "grating with perforated sheet"
  • ordering grating with a high toe boards should add "toe boards" and include a drawing with dimensions toe boards
  • ordering grating with anti-slip strip should add "anti-slip strip" and attach a sketch of the length of the anti-slip strip
  • ordering a stainless version should add "stainless"
